Question 10 asked to calculate the work done on the object for the time interval 0-4 seconds. The graph represents force against displacement, there is no reference to time in the graph. Is it assumed that displacement also represents time?

Good question, but no, that should not be the assumption.

The question could have been more clear:

For the time interval 0-4 seconds,

should have stated:

For the time interval 0-4 seconds illustrated in Figure 1,

...

The question intended to create ambiguity between the time and displacement but not to the current extent. This will be updated for the future edition. Hopefully, that clears up your question.
