I am having trouble with the following questions

Q 16- According to the table 1, which of the following species is the strongest reducing agent?
Fe 3+, Fe 2+. Zn 2+, and Zn (s).

In the solution it says most negative Eo value is the strongest reducing agent
however, the answer is
Zn (s) ↔ Zn2+ + 2e-

Eo = +0.76 V
Zn is the strongest reducing agent however, its value is positive.

Q 17- Only considering the standard half-cell reactions of the species listed in table 1, how many different voltaic cells within a voltage greater than 2 V can be made?

I understand why it seemed confusing. The answer is indeed correct but the worked solution is not focused enough on the reasoning. Please check the solution in 24 hours and if anything is unclear, please post here. {GAMSAT does not focus on memorization, so we are removing the part in the solution mentioning the negative Eo which, btw, refers to how it is written in a reduction potential table, not how it was written at the end of the solution.}

For question 19 on Chapter 10 at the question sections.

I get total grams of Fe as 0.28g.
To find the rate, dont you have to divide this number by 1.33 since it took one hour and 20minues for all 0.28g to be deposited on the cathode? Why do we divide 0.28gram in 1h instead of 1.3 h?
