How is D something that should be mitigated? The explanation itself says that the behaviour stated in D would be a result of close reading experience. The question is asking for the opposite of D, which would be any of A,B or C.

Hi,

I'm not really sure I understand what this question is asking. Isn't it asking which of one of the following behaviours (of the doctor) would "lessen" if close reading was established?

I choose C and I feel like C and D are exact opposites. D, the doctor seems to have done his close reading and sees 'what has been omitted from the story'? Therefore, it shouldn't be the correct answer?
